What it is
Hexarelin is a synthetic hexapeptide analogue of GHRP-6.
How it works
It is a strong GHS-R1a agonist and also binds CD36, which is implicated in its cardiac effects.

Rarely prescribed. Desensitisation with continued use is a practical limitation we discuss up front.
