How a request moves

Nothing is hidden and nothing is automatic. You can see exactly where your request sits and who is holding it.
Request received
Your request is logged to your chart. Nothing is dispensed and nothing is charged at this stage.
Clinical review
A licensed clinician reviews your request against your history, current medications and most recent results.
Clarification, if needed
We may ask a short follow-up question, request an interval lab, or schedule a brief call before deciding.
Clinical decision
Your clinician approves, adjusts, or declines the request — and explains the reasoning either way.
Approved plan released
Only once approved do you see the prescribed protocol, quantities, monitoring schedule and cost.
Payment arranged
Our care team arranges payment with you directly. Payment is never taken before a clinician has approved your plan.
Dispensing & delivery
The pharmacy prepares your therapy for clinic pickup or temperature-controlled delivery.
Monitoring & follow-up
Your nurse confirms administration, monitoring intervals and the date of your next review.

Clinical review before anything else
No therapy is dispensed on request alone. Every order is read by a licensed clinician against your history, medications and most recent results.
Pricing after approval, never before
We don't show a price until a clinician has decided a therapy is right for you. Cost should never be the thing that shapes a clinical decision.
A named clinician owns the decision
Approvals, adjustments and refusals are attributable to a person, and that person tells you the reasoning in plain language.
Stopping is part of the plan
Every course has monitoring intervals and a defined review date. Continuing is a decision, not a default.
What can be requested
A catalog organized by clinical category, not by cart.
Every item is prescription-only, clinician-gated and reviewed individually. Availability depends entirely on your clinical picture.
