Programs of care
Most members begin with Longevity Foundations. From there, your physician builds depth only where your results and goals call for it.
Goal-based pathways are being introduced. Each goal maps to the programs and diagnostics below.
A complete baseline of your biology — advanced blood panels, body composition, cardiometabolic and cardiorespiratory testing — reviewed with your physician.
Careful evaluation of thyroid, adrenal, sex hormone and metabolic function, with treatment considered only where the clinical picture supports it.
Sustainable change in muscle and fat mass through nutrition, resistance training and, when appropriate, medically supervised therapy.
Sleep architecture, autonomic recovery and stress physiology — the inputs that quietly determine how everything else in your plan performs.
For athletes and executives who need durable output: aerobic base, strength, fueling and travel load, structured around your calendar.
Early detection where evidence supports it — cardiovascular imaging, cancer screening and genetic risk, interpreted without alarmism.
Every program begins with data. Training, nutrition, sleep and stress are addressed first, because they carry the strongest evidence and the fewest trade-offs. Where a medication or advanced therapy is genuinely indicated, your physician explains the expected benefit, the risks and how we will know whether it worked.
Plans are reviewed on a twelve-week cycle. Anything that has not produced a measurable change is stopped or revised — including therapies we recommended ourselves.
Programs are not packages. You are not upsold into additional areas of care; depth is added only when your results call for it.
That's what the first consultation is for. A physician will tell you honestly where to begin — or whether to begin at all.
