What we collect

Information you give us directly: your contact details, health history, current medications, goals and anything you write into a consultation or treatment request.

Information generated through care: laboratory results, imaging, body composition, clinical notes and the plans authored by your clinician.

Limited technical information from this website, used to keep it secure and working.

How we use it

To deliver clinical care, review treatment requests, arrange diagnostics and coordinate pharmacy fulfillment for approved plans.

To contact you about your care, appointments and results.

We do not sell patient information, and we do not use protected health information for advertising.

Who sees it

Your named clinician and the MECCA care team involved in your plan.

Laboratory, imaging and pharmacy partners, limited to what each needs to perform its role.

Others only with your written authorization, or where the law requires it.

Your choices

You may request a copy of your records, ask for a correction, restrict certain disclosures, or ask us to share records with your primary care physician or specialists.

Write to care@meccalongevity.com and our team will respond with the process and any verification required.

Security

Records and communications are handled through encrypted, access-controlled systems. Telehealth is delivered over secure video.

Please do not send clinical detail through unencrypted email or social channels.

This page is a placeholder prepared for MECCA and is not legal advice. Final language will be issued by MECCA's counsel before launch.
