GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring tripeptide-copper complex present in human plasma, with declining concentration across the lifespan.

It modulates collagen and glycosaminoglycan synthesis and has documented effects on wound-healing gene expression.

Considered for skin quality, scarring and follicular support, typically topically and alongside a workup for underlying causes.
